We are thinking of Steve and his family and will miss him terribly.”

@MayorofLondon It would be more palatable if you just told the truth and admitted it’s for the money … i go into the zone often for work … the £12.50 doesn’t stop me or many others who have to go in to work .. traffic still busy … means air is no cleaner !!

On the topic of fighting false info at quote stage from rival heating companies; What % of heating industry knowledge do the vast majority of engineers actually know? IMO most pass ACS get gas safe, get experience, but little further learning/training, I’ll start, <20%
