The ups & downs of a survivor: This morning I had a great experience speaking on BBC Breakfast to raise awareness of tech-assisted CSA This afternoon I found out I'm still uninsurable due to the trauma & mental health impacts caused by the abuse I experienced 20 yrs ago 🙄

I'm so honoured. Elevating the voices of victims & survivors is what I strive for each & every day, so winning the Victims' Champion award really means the absolute world to me. Thank you to all those who played a part in this & saw something in me & my work that I didn't ❤
