Life update: Just received my O-1 Visa 🇺🇸 Huge shoutout to @lighthousehq_ (cc. @minney_cat , @robbyvisanueva), they were fast, professional, and supportive throughout the process.

@AzharDataDrift @lighthousehq_ @minney_cat @robbyvisanueva In my particular case, I was approved but needed to go through Consular Processing, which meant I needed to get an appointment in my home country's embassy, going to an interview and then getting the stamp. So the whole process to actually receiving the visa took 3 months.

@lucacs we were around 50+ people at my previous company, all remote, had a blast working with them. If you ask me, it all comes down to your hiring/interview process. It needs to be super intentional. (it took many iterations to get there)

Nos sirve una conversación con algún experto, no es mucho nuestro volumen de contracargos, pero si es doloroso para para los hoteles. Sobretodo ese famoso: “Friendly Fraud” cuando los huéspedes se hospedan en la propiedad y hacen contracargos días después del checkout.
