i feel i just undo my progress when im at home i stay home all day dont walk or workout at all and i struggle more with snacking and emotional/bored eating ugh
the way im like 10kg heavier than what i input in my step counter so im burning like way more than i thought...tbf i also didnt know my weight but i for sure gained these past few months
ive only walked 4k today and i just got home i really don't feel like going out again 😭 i wonder if i can make it to 7k just walking around doing chores but i doubt it lmao
