I've had a terrible experience trying to fly through Newark with @united this week. Flights last Saturday were cancelled because of the storm (not their fault, but customer service was a nightmare while trying to re-book), and now my return flight to IAD is delayed by 2+ hours.

@united You said we'd depart at 9:14 last night, but then the flight was delayed AGAIN over 12 hours for crew rest. New flight was supposed to leave 15 mins ago but still no crew! Where are they?
