@fazen74 Yes, it's raw minced pork on Brötchen with onions, salt and pepper. I also like medium-rare. But everything more is way too dry for me.

@gubbyfall Haven't heard about it 🤔 But i looked up into it, seems like a raw meat on a bread. Well... i don't know raw to undercooked meat dishes were tastes that good right there. But the most cooked steak tastes the best for us, since we ordered from medium rare to well done 😅

Tried the real steak for the first time according to the internet. I'd say anything below well done is raw to my tongue 🥴 Feel like the steak is still mooing.

@Experiencedoa The biggest reasons are cultural differences, politics and what tourists do here to world heritage sites. From a German perspective American tourists are rude because of how loud they are in public and the different table manners.
