If you have the means in your weight room then I would strongly suggest implementing these band resisted reverse lunges. Bands are tied on to the sides of the rack, so we have forces pulling the athlete BACKWARDS, ensuring they keep a forward lean to perform the exercise.

Our best summer yet is in the books. Over 60 college and high school athletes came to train in the GPC this summer. There is so many good clips I have to break up the recap into multiple parts. We are beyond proud of the work our guys put in this summer.
