In our case, the DTC tokenized entitlements associated with CRCL and SPY serve as digital twins of the securities underlying existing CRCLon and SPYon Ondo Stocks. 3. DTC-held securities can be converted between traditional and tokenized forms, enabling greater flexibility, access to new liquidity opportunities, and additional digital asset use cases. 4.
