What began as a vision to bring digital opportunity to rural communities has become a national model for inclusive development. The latest expansion marks a powerful milestone, reaffirming that when innovation, partnership, and purpose align, transformation becomes inevitable.

Over the years, I’ve learned that the real legacy of leadership isn’t just in what we build, but in what endures. I’m proud to see one such initiative—the Smart Village program—continuing to thrive and expand in Niger, long after its initial launch.
