I am a 2001 kid and I grew up on internet talking about books, films, games. It was FUN. Even the companies would roast us, join the fun and we’d have jokes. Now, everyone is competing their egos, canceling stuff and insulting each other. Madness.

People telling me to go to doctor for talking about a fun gane theory, yet they are so sick that they try to insult a person for entertainment content. Honestly I believe the purpose of most of the users on this platform is more about doing some ego satisfaction rather than fun.

@applefishfangs they filed Class 42 (tech/software design) in the exact same batch as candles, medicine, and tobacco. If you think a trademark date equals the start of development, you’re trying to say they coded his software framework the exact same week they designed his branded candles lol

Those CNIPA codes literally prove it’s defensive registration. They filed "Ao Yin" under Class 33 (alcohol), 34 (tobacco), and 30 (food) to stop malicious squatters from stealing the name. Unless you think the studio spent June making Valko vapes, it’s just standard IP protection

As a girl who works as a film producer, people thinking Valko was rushed because of “trademark” is frying me lol First, not all the trademarks have to be public and if they are they are usually under codes. Name was trademarked later, but that doesn’t mean his design wasn’t. 1
