if woman rented the house that is housing the man (which is very rare to find), then yes, she should drive him out when he cheats.
in Nigeria, most women don't even want to rent very spacious, comfortable houses because they're expecting a man can come in at anytime and they'll move to his house.
also it's not always rent. in our society men build houses more than women. so it's unlikely for a woman to pursue a man from the house.
