THE KARNATAKA HATE SPEECH AND HATE CRIMES (PREVENTION AND CONTROL) BILL, 2025, is so horrifying that if you are a content creator anywhere in the country, you can be charged. We already have horrifying laws in India. But they were not enough. These crazy politicians want to muzzle speech completely. Anything can be classified as promoting hatred and then you keep fighting the case.

Today I'm proposing EIP-7377: Migration Transaction. It would be a new transaction type that allows an EOA to make a one-time code deployment at their address. This would effectively migrate the account to a smart contract permanently. eips.ethereum.org/EIPS/eip-7377
