Big mistake I made in the early days as a founder was being a "lone samurai" and trying to do it all. I rarely asked for help and barely had angel investors/advisors. But now I recognize the benefit of having allies. Truly feel blessed to be surrounded by good people now 🙏

Don’t confuse motion for momentum. Most people aren’t stuck because they’re doing nothing. They’re stuck because they’re doing everything that doesn’t move them forward. Busyness feels safe. Progress feels scary. Activity looks like growth. Until it doesn’t.

We don’t need another L1. We don’t need another stablecoin. We need distribution. Liquidity can fake traction. But it can’t fake life. Stop building empty cities. Start building where the people already are.

The next frontier of DeFi isn’t more yield. It’s real yield. Not tokens printed from thin air. Yield backed by cash flows, credit, and real use. When yield is productive instead of reflexive, DeFi stops being a game. It becomes a system.

Everyone wants “onchain everything.” The real win is the opposite. Crypto only wins when no one notices they’re using it. No gas. No wallets. No waiting. Just flow.
