@gutlessstar lowk some things that always stuck w me are that ur stomach is the same size as ur fist, so that’s as much food as it can hold. also taking only 3 bites of ur cravings so u can feel satisfied wo binging (takes a lot of discipline), u can do this w meals too!
@gutlessstar So eating less than your normal appetite and after that to burn that calories you should exercise according to how many calories you consumed that day like that my mom n me both of us managed to lose weight
