If people want to enjoy such experiences then I say fulfill them to your heart's content. Life on earth is intended to be experienced and learnt from.

You need to become the doctor of your own body.
“The healthy human organism would seem to be intelligible as part of nature; not so the sick.”
So where does illness come from?
Not from the outside world,
but from something within us that is more than nature.
When natural processes run smoothly → consciousness fades.
Sleep. Unconsciousness.
“Spiritual experience is extinguished when the natural process continues on an uninterrupted path.”
So pure biology does NOT produce awareness.
But when something goes wrong…
Pain appears.
Feeling sharpens.
Movement is disturbed.
→ You feel your body.
Illness doesn’t just damage the body;
it awakens the soul into it.
But don’t misunderstand this:
Illness doesn’t make you “more conscious.”
It makes your consciousness trapped in the body.
In health → consciousness is free, not tied to any organ.
In illness → consciousness is forced into an organ: pain, pressure, fixation.
Illness is a disturbance between body and soul.
Too much soul in the body → pain, inflammation, paralysis
Too little soul → overactivity, imbalance
Health = constant self-correction
Illness = when that correction fails
So illness is not just the body breaking down;
it is imbalance.
Healing is restoring the right distance:
Too close → loosen it.
Too distant → strengthen it.
You are conscious not because your body works perfectly,
but because your soul is constantly shaping it.
Bring order to your thoughts, rhythm to your life;
and the body follows.

Western societies embraced self actualization as it avoids ancestral baggage, now God is playing a game where they realize the importance of being union with everyone.
Even strong westerners("I am" crowd) are getting the concept of union unconsciously. We learn everyday.

I know of a wealthy boomer yank down south, (business not friends) who rents out 2 properties. One to his son and one to his daughter, both in their late 20s. He bought both the properties a number of years ago.
I asked whether he would give the houses to his children or help them out with a deposit for their own because of the current housing issues.
He said "No. What will that teach them?". So basically he is pocketing their rent money. He isn't doing anything productive to help them like putting it into stocks and shares to build up a deposit for them.
He's just pocketing the money. He's one of those boomers. "The youth of today, including my children are just lazy. If they wanted a house they work twice as hard just as I did".
And that ladies and gents, is how you kill the American dream.

In this specific instance, we can't say what the dad is supposed to do.
But we all have collective responsibility how we leave the world to the next generation so they have easy life. But most people won't be doing this. Samsara wheel

He is unconsciously justifying his behavior to keep all his money for his own pleasure, & refuse to help his kids.
If he was a good father he would invest that rent money for them, and gift them the cash in future as a surprise.

@0xSero Let us be honest, warp is a great product, but my thinking is they have hard time in monetizing users.
That leaves them with option of going opensource route, and get adopted by users, and later somehow monetize through that.
Most devs/companies will face this problem.
