When internationally celebrated violin virtuoso Alexander Markov was in Greenville recently, he was kind enough to sit down with Dr. Michael Weaver for an interview and share some insights: youtu.be/cv1gPWxOJlk

Spring is in the air with two selections by Vienna's Waltz King, Johann Strauss II. We'll begin our Digital Concert Hall with not his MOST famous Waltz (that would be the Beautiful Blue Danube) but one that's in the top 5: The Voices of Spring.

This weekend, celebrate family with the GSO. Caroline Robinson performs enchanting and mystical works for the organ with the GSO-we can only imagine how proud her parents, GSO members Gary and Kathy Robinson, must be right now. Full video here: youtu.be/wfy-kT_Iilw

We've got some real fireworks for you on this edition of the Digital Concert Hall: Royal Fireworks, to be exact. George Frideric Handel, perhaps best known for his work, Messiah, composed Music for the Royal Fireworks in 1749 with some very specific instruction by King George II.
