The Ethics Committee has raised red flags about Liberal Mark Carney’s potential conflicts. His "blind trust" isn't really blind at all to him, only to everyone else. He knows what went into it. He should divest from his controlled assets to properly clear himself from any possible conflict. But what did Carney and the Liberals do instead of fixing the problem? They plan to neuter the Ethics Committee by restacking it so it can't do its job. Conservatives will keep fighting to pressure Mark Carney and the Liberals to do the right thing and divest properly of his controlled assets.
