Hello, this is SM Entertainment. We would like to provide an update regarding an incident that occurred during the SUPER JUNIOR 20th Anniversary TOUR SJ - CORE in SEOUL concert on Sunday, April 5. During the final encore performance of the day, safety fences installed collapsed, causing three audience to fall and sustain injuries. The injured individuals were immediately transported to a hospital, where they received necessary examinations and treatment. Medical professionals have advised that they will require approximately two weeks of rest and treatment for sprains and contusions. We sincerely apologize to those who were injured and to their families. We will provide full support for their treatment and do our utmost to ensure their complete recovery. As the concert organizer, we deeply acknowledge our responsibility for this incident. We will thoroughly review and reinforce our safety measures and audience management protocols to prevent any recurrence of such incidents in the future. Once again, we truly apologize to those who were injured and to all audience for the concern and distress caused by this unexpected incident.

안녕하세요, SM엔터테인먼트입니다. 4월 5일(일) SUPER JUNIOR 20th Anniversary TOUR SJ - CORE in SEOUL 공연 진행 중 발생한 사고와 관련하여 안내 말씀드립니다 이날 앵콜 마지막 곡 무대 중, 당사가 객석 옆쪽에 설치한 안전 펜스가 무너지며, 3명의 관객이 떨어져 부상을 입는 사고가 발생했습니다. 부상자들은 즉시 병원으로 이송되어 필요한 검사와 치료를 받았으며, 염좌 및 타박상으로 2주간의 안정 및 치료가 필요하다는 의료진의 소견을 받았습니다. 이번 사고로 피해를 입으신 분들과 가족 분들께 깊은 사과의 말씀드리며, 당사는 부상 당한 관객분들이 완쾌될 수 있도록 치료를 지원하고, 완전히 회복되실 때까지 최선의 노력을 다 하겠습니다. 또한 공연 주최사로서 금번 사고에 대해 무거운 책임을 통감하며, 향후 동일한 사고가 재발하지 않도록 시설 안전 점검 및 관객안전 관리에 만전을 기하도록 하겠습니다. 부상 당하신 분들과 모든 관객 여러분께 예상치 못한 사고로 심려끼쳐드린 점에 대해 다시 한번 고개 숙여 사과드리며, 죄송하다는 말씀드립니다.
