Today is National Puppy Day.

someone said adhd makes plane rides extremely boring to them and my partner asked if I get that too and I said no I like looking out the window 😭I usually bring stuff to do on the plane but I've ended up staring out the window for an entire 2 hour plane ride before!!

normalize saying "MY adhd" but also accepting that when ppl talk about their symptoms they're probably not saying it's universal lol

funny to me when someone says "adhd makes me do x" and someone else is like "I have adhd and don't do that" my sibling in christ adhd is different for everyone!!!
