Adopting the Middle Way   We should all engage in self-examination and ensure we are not so engulfed in worldly matters that we forget our spiritual duties. Yet, we should not be so extreme as to completely abandon the world. Guidance on Tahajjud Prayer   During the day, when companions were sitting around Hazrat Sahib and he was emphasising the recitation of Tahajjud prayer to the congregation, I asked what should be done at the very least if one is unable to pray Tahajjud. The Promised Messiah (as) said that at that time one should recite a lot of Istighfar (seeking forgiveness) and praise Allah abundantly; from this, the ability to pray Tahajjud will then be granted. I report that whenever I become negligent in performing Tahajjud, I follow this practice, and the ability to pray Tahajjud is granted.   (Friday Sermon, 20th February 2026)

Islam didn’t teach us panic. It taught us routine protection and trust in Allah. Recite your morning & evening adhkar. Pray on time. Read Quran and try to understand. Then let Allah handle what’s beyond you. Don’t let darkness take your focus away from the Light.

The world is loud right now. Scandals, exposes, darkness everywhere. But remember: Shaytan doesn’t need to make us disbelieve. He just needs to make us too distracted to pray properly. Overthinking, doomscrolling, constant outrage - all of it steals khushuh from our Salah.

Two in one day, Alhamdulillah. I wrote them at the beginning of the academic year & with exams now underway, they couldn’t have come at a better time.

Being worried, afraid, desperate, stressed, overthinking... This is not having trust in Allāh No trust in Allāh ≠ Worship ≠ Īmān Being relaxed through trust in Allāh = Worship = True Īmān Worshipping Allāh = Purpose of Life

Personal understanding: Being an Ahmadi Muslim ≠ feminism, liberalism, secularism, humanism, or atheistic socialism. These ideologies simply don’t align with Islam. If you disagree, kindly refute with logic & respect (I won’t mind being proven wrong), not insults (I will mind).

@SpreadHaqq @esotericmuslim Even the Holy Prophet SAW spoke to women with dignity and allowed recitations or questions. Messiah AS spoke about avoiding voices or content that entice the nafs, not forbidding every voice. Otherwise speeches, tilawat, nazms wouldn’t make sense. It’s about intention & effect

@esotericmuslim Also in philosophy of the teachings of Islam. Where Ahmad (as) said hearing the voice of a ghayr Mahram is not allowed with good OR bad intent!

And most of us are habitual listeners of music.
