Worse part I think is that most deliveries are outsourced and whether an order is successful or not they still get paid hence why you get folks who simply click CUSTOMER did not respond of which some of these folks don’t even bother attempting a drop off .

Hi @Makro_SA It’s almost a week and my Order Number: OD436653907662663100 is seating with someone at your Silverlakes offices . Honestly this is not fair and unacceptable with all due respect. @mybroadband if you can have a look at these irregularities around the deliveries

I have obsessed and listened to conversations how folks complete these orders in store even with @CheckersSA most kinda go with how they feel. Something too high - NO STOCK They have to get it from the store room- NO STOCK It’s such a convenient way to just decline an order

I offered to come collect my order myself and I was told I can not do that by some dude at Makro. But this time I am coming to collect it myself . The issue with these Online Fulfillment processes is when/if they feel like they are lazy they just rather hit can’t find it button
