he also loved writing, he dreamt of becoming an author once. he could've also written a few books while he was an idol, but the contracts are too strict to allow them, and he was in 4 groups which meant he couldn't even take care of his health, let alone pursue his other dreams.

mark never hated music. he was overworked to the point where he started to question if the idol life is what he wants. being an idol is basically being a corporate employee with zero work life balance, and mark hated that. he wanted to create music like art, not as a job.+

the difference between mark’s and ten’s contract termination announcements is that one reflects a career of being overworked to the point of hating music and the other still has the light in their eyes. one was running on E for too long and the other one has gas in the tank

no cause i was thinking the same thing. few of the members can open a new agency together. all the members leave nct and sm entertainment, and they form a new group like neo or smth since they won't be able to take the name nct cause of that evil company.
