Watching old conference speeches while working on the final episode of The Brink and I STILL don't get why people said Tony Blair had charisma.

This is such a crucial difference to 2008 - banks are now the primary conduit to alleviating the economic crisis (rather than the cause). Getting liquidity to business and households via loans and overdrafts key focus for policymakers here.
