@ZooL_Smith @filos Thing is most numpad users (accountants etc.) have muscle memory for right-side, right-hand numpads. Left-sided ones only work for a completely different segment

@SexyShortSeller Just tell them you're at your previous job (unless you already told them you quit)
English

@TheShortSniper Definitely.
I just grabbed some of the free money (but bad entries, and I piked a little too early both directions)

@ConcaveMMT @AgustinLebron3 The memory part of the big LLMs has mostly been a nuisance to me. And I feel creeped out when it references some previously discussed personality trait or event. Maybe it will get better and less forced over time, but for now memory's just been a downside for me personally.

Beyond the obvious if they are just better -- the real MOAT is that as a user interacts and builds more data on their respective account, the AI can be trained on that and become much more personalized to their needs.
So a new query could be answered with much more particular care.
People tend to get stuck on platforms / services they build a familiarity to, both for convenience sake having learned the ins & outs, and the data personalization.
Think of how many people switch from IOS to Android, vs those that just stay within the same ecosystem.

@madaznfootballr Government-mandated gappers
SEC Department of Gappers was temporarily furloughed

.#GovernmentShutdown over and all of a sudden 100%+ gappers are back lol still don't understand how that affected low float manipulators but okay 😅😅

@EternaLEnVy1991 See it as providing a courtesy, leaving some green for the rest of us
You are very considerate, EE-sama

@EternaLEnVy1991 Looking forward to the day we start getting EE candles in TSLA or S&P 500 futures

@five69 @EternaLEnVy1991 It's been "easy" but slow. Partially because it is slow.

October 2025 recap
Month +$246,522 / +5%🟩
YTD +$7,178,546/+2,898%
Algo trades -$650k📉
Discretionary trades +896k📈
Tough month. Just barely green and just barely better than March (by 0.1% lol) which was the worst month of this year.
For most of the month I was traveling on holiday and only took few trades such as $GLD $GDX short 17th Oct or $BYND 22nd Oct. Once the market environment proved tough for my algo I decided to take some more discretionary trades mainly during the last week of the month to compensate for the algo losses and try to put together a green month.
In a way it's nice to see once again that if I just want to trade discretionary, I can. Lets say that is the safety net if things would continue to be tough with my algo strategies.
My plan towards the end of the year was to make significant wire outs to lock in enough pretty much for the rest of my life. Due to poor performance in October I'll just wire out the minimum I need as I do want to keep at least $5M in the trading accounts.
No major changes moving forward. I'll be on holiday in Dubai for most of November so don't expect to take many discretionary trades unless there's some nice A+ opportunities, or if I would need to compensate for my algo performance. Aiming to hit that YTD $10M milestone this year🫡

@jas_owens @SexyShortSeller And I also got the impression some of these brokers are slightly more lenient when it comes to intraday liquidation of your positions.
English

@jas_owens @SexyShortSeller Think he might have got in really early at e.g. 15 for 300 shares and held until 150. But I am still confused since he says he's got equity left?
