@911LAPD i called you to place a report and was on hold for over 40 mins. this is unacceptable for “emergency” services for any location in the u.s., but the second largest city in the north america should be much better managed. 😡

with all due respect to the office he currently holds, mr. trump's responses speak for themselves and reflect his character, intellect, and work ethic.
