Welcome the first vessel to call at the newly extended Pier 42 @psamarine Halifax. The extension increased the piers length to 800 metres, and can accomodate 2 x ULCV's (Ultra Large Container Vessels) simultaneously Congratulations @portofhalifax #shipsaremoving #canada #economy

Obviously this Pilot Ladder is not up to standard. All rungs must be equal distance apart and level. You can imagine trying to get your footing on a rough dark night! #marinepilot #safety
