Make no mistake... Photo ID is just one part... Of a much larger problem... Example... Arizona recently did verify voter citizenship... However... There are some 850,000 illegal aliens in Arizona... Registered as US citizens using fraudulent proof of US citizenship documents... That means that 850,000 illegal aliens can vote In Arizona... today... SOLUTION... The American federal government must perform random validations of US citizenship with gargantuan fines against each state... for each incident of fraudulent registration of US citizenship completed using fraudulent proof of US citizenship... NOTE... Where the random discovery of any one case of fraud automatically requires a significantly higher rate of US citizenship sampling and validation... NOTE... Random samples must be chosen by the federal government because most state already know that Democrat fraud is about 30% while Republican fraud is about 0.001% (the states would provide samples that were 100% Republicans to defeat the purpose of detecting fraud)...

Problem 1... Too many politicians will add more government jobs just to make "employment figures" and "new jobs added" statistics appear to be better than they actually are... Problem 2... No one has done the hard work... To create a "Master List of all Government Tasks"... then prioritize them... and assign minimum resources to support the "needed tasks"... all else is nice to have... and can be released... Problem 3... Update (add and delete) needed tasks and resources of the "Master List of all Government Tasks"... NOTE... The "needed tasks" are based on the mission statement which must identified the required tasks (identifying that which must be done... and what will not be done... setting the limits)...
