@greateranglia hi, I applied for a refund which was approved on the 19th March, filled in the forms and was told to expect the money within 14 days, I am yet to receive and haven’t had a response via follow up in email.

@greateranglia On the 19th March, I had the refund request confirmed, I emailed again after not receiving money on the 11th April, and again on the 15th. I haven’t been able to call
