@dragonchashu @vsynthanonymous ok this is a good point i do agree with!!! for me personally japanese has been much easier to learn and retain than chinese, a language ive been studying since age 3🥶🥶🥶i think chinese is difficult to pick up personally, intonation is the least of your problems imo

@halopiece @vsynthanonymous not to turn this into a language discussion but it mostly comes down to kanji being more structured and less context based in chinese, each means one thing and is pronounced one way. yes intonation is hard but its just a different kind of hard. mouth hard vs brain hard i suppose
