Also, during the election, they would try to improve their luck by wearing their MAGA hats inside out or something. Rally MAGA hats!

If the GOP had a baseball team, they would cheat on every play, threaten the families of the umpires and opponents, and never accept that they lost a single game.

I forgot to say, they would also threaten the families of scorekeepers. Any reports that they lost a game would be fake sports news.

@VincePesce2 There are isolated incidents of left-wingnuts committing violent acts. Recently, for every one of those, there are hundreds of acts of Trump-inspired violence. To say that there is some kind of parity, because you found an example, is nonsense.

Make the Rich Pay Their Fair Share Again!

In the US, we now have over 100 million people who have decided to believe, with no evidence, that the 2020 election was stolen from Trump. So they are justified to lie, cheat and steal in the 2022 election.

Pathology 1 is faith. That is, forming beliefs without evidence or reason. Half of humanity has the ability to believe whatever they decide to believe. Then they look for evidence and reason. The cart before the horse. It makes them vulnerable to mass delusions, like Trumpism.

In 2016, when Trump was elected, I thought we were entering a Dark Age. It turns out that the death of democracy is slower and more agonizing than I had expected.

Faith is belief without evidence or reason. Science involves belief with evidence and reason. Pretty much opposite ways of believing.

@flowers4algy It is hard to imagine anyone worse for the POTUS job than Trump. It was a monumentally bad choice.

@haloupek1 ... and where we've been since that chump loser refused conceding his defeat. we probably elected in 2016 the worst among the least probable candidates in decades.

Just imagine trying to be Trump for a day. You have to keep up this arrogant confidence, every minute. You tell absurd lies, and double down if caught. You've never made a mistake. What actor can play that role every minute of every day?

Pathology 3 is exemplified by Trump. Extreme arrogant confidence, no matter how badly he fails, or how ridiculous. Boastful, self-praising, great promises and threats. Never admit the slightest weakness, failure, loss. There are copycats, but no one else can keep it up 24/7/365.
