i've been diagnosed w social anxiety and GAD by multiple doctors. i've had panic attacks since i was 6 years old. at some point you have to put yourself into uncomfortable situations and get over it. you can't live your life if you can't even type "last" in a discord server

hi as somebody whos gotten to like nearly t100 from tiering solo in pubs some people have extreme anxiety when it comes to tiering servers and have no other choice but to tier in pubs hope this helps ❤️❤️

@yokaikasa i was diagnosed with anxiety disorder at 9 years old i have had extreme anxiety my whole life. ive had to go to the doctors so many times because of how much my anxiety was making it hard to breathe. i dont get anxiety from JUST joining a server it just makes it worse
