@WeAreOpenreach what’s the average reply timescale from your DBYD@openreach.co.uk team? I’m hoping it’s faster then the DM team as it still waiting 3 weeks later!

@WeAreOpenreach 2/2 grade cover as the cover is so Old it doesn’t state it on the outside, I’m assuming by your reply you don’t know either so I will submit that information to the council and ask them to contact you directly to confirm no system at bt open reach confirms what grade it is

@WeAreOpenreach Your not understanding my point. My point is I don’t need a surveyor let alone a survey, I have historic property information regarding my property along with GPO information when it was installed in 1951, it says vehicle graded cover and what lies beneath, I just need the 1/2

@WeAreOpenreach Its clear so far that you don’t have historic chambers/covers grade info from 1950’s I will happily put that on the application form but no team which ever route I try will respond without saying I need a survey,even my council suggested just ask them what grade it is, tried that

@WeAreOpenreach already tried that route, tune of paying £550 to come and survey and tell me what I already know, it is a vehicle cover I just need the grade number for an application form, Im not paying £550 for a survey that I don’t need when it’s clear you don’t know what grade you installed

@WeAreOpenreach Seeking clarification on chamber grade listing, every avenue I turn no one has the answer, the records are aged, is there no Network Protection officer that can confirm the rating so I can provide this assurance to my County Council for my highway license, no one’s no the grade

@WeAreOpenreach leaving rubbish on my property is wholly not acceptable, do I not expect to come home to litter all over my driveway from one of your engineers up a telegraph pole situated at my property. I have the rubbish and cctv of the event
