Burkina Faso 🇧🇫 VS Mali 🇲🇱 Après les tensions signalées entre le Niger et Le Mali, une note des services des renseignements burkinabè évoque une infiltration des institutions maliennes par des réseaux russes. Le document cite plusieurs responsables : Yamoussa Camara (conseiller du président Assimi Goïta), Ibrahim Ikassa Maïga (ancien ministre), Modibo Maïga (conseiller MAE), Moussa Diakité (ex-directeur de cabinet MAE), Fousseini Ouattara (CNT), Sega Diallo (ANSE), Famouka Camara (ex-chef d’état-major GN), Bakari Koré (FAMA), Mahamadou Sine Doucouré (gendarmerie), Harouna Haidara (armée de l’air), Souleymane Dembélé (DIRPA), Sékou Bolly (milice peule), Issa Cissé (journaliste). Selon mes sources, ces dynamiques fragiliseraient fortement l’AES, déjà sous tension. Certains sources estiment que l’avenir de cette alliance apparaît de plus en plus incertain, dans un contexte où la question de la souveraineté décisionnelle du Mali est vivement infiltré par les russes et la décision du Mali devenir dans les mains des mercenaires étrangers.

🚨 Niger : inquiétudes autour d’une possible décision visant les Arabes Mahamid Un communiqué radio attribué au ministère de l’Intérieur évoquerait une éventuelle mesure d’expulsion des Arabes Mahamid des régions de Zinder et de Diffa, ainsi que le retrait de leurs documents d’état civil.
