I’m sorry to hear that you’re going through a tough time. Even if it doesn’t feel like it right now, you are not your thoughts; you are the awareness that observes them, even when they feel overwhelming. It's a spiritual battle.
When I feel down, I consciously choose to ignore negative thoughts and replace them with thoughts of hope and positivity. If those negative thoughts persist, and they likely will, it's important to remember that it's okay. You now understand that they do not reflect your true self. You can overcome this spiritual struggle. Your true self is way more powerful than these thoughts! 💗🫂
Additionally, it may be comforting to know that this mental battle will eventually be resolved, thanks to dedicated people working tirelessly behind the scenes to address the root of these negative thoughts.
