Opening Night of The Southampton Playhouse's Second Annual GARY COOPER FESTIVAL this Friday, May 1st! The Second Annual Gary Cooper Festival, which celebrates multiple Academy Award winning screen legend Gary Cooper and his lasting connection to Southampton, will run May 1 through May 3rd at the Southampton Playhouse. Opening night will feature live jazz music from Emily Paccasassi and Jim Tartaglia, introduction remarks from Southampton Playhouse Artistic Director Eric Kohn, Southampton Village Deputy Mayor Leonard (Len) Zinnanti, Gary Cooper's daughter Maria Cooper Janis and more, followed by a screening of Cooper's MEET JOHN DOE (1941).
