2026: The year crypto gets usable!
2025 was about building. 2026 will be about shipping
More integrations. More partners. Less friction for users
Happy New Year from @Haia_os and Haust Teams 🎆

When users can't complete transactions, they don't try again. They leave!
The wallet loses a user. The merchant loses a sale. And the user assumes crypto is too complicated
Here's what transaction abandonment actually costs and how conversational interfaces fix it 🧵
Transaction abandonment isn't only a UX problem. It's a revenue problem
Every incomplete transaction represents lost value. The user wanted to complete an action. The infrastructure was ready. But friction stopped them
The friction shows up predictably. Users don't understand which network to choose
They see gas fees they can't contextualize. They encounter approval prompts with technical language they don't recognize. So they stop
For wallet providers, this creates compounding costs
The acquisition cost is wasted. You spent money bringing that user in. They showed intent. Then they left because they couldn't complete a basic transaction
Support volume increases. Users who encounter friction either leave silently or contact support
Both outcomes are expensive. Silent abandonment means lost users. Support tickets mean operational costs
They tell others that crypto is confusing. They don't come back. Growth slows because retention is broken
For payment gateways, the cost is direct. Every abandoned transaction is lost revenue
The user wanted to pay. The gateway was ready. But the user couldn't navigate the process
Traditional solutions focus on optimization. Faster load times. Clearer error messages. Better onboarding
These help? Help, but they don't solve the core problem: users need guidance in the moment
Conversational interfaces change this. When a user is confused about network selection, the interface explains which one to use and why
> When gas fees appear unclear, it contextualizes the cost in real time
> When an approval prompt shows up, it breaks down what the user is signing
Research shows conversational UIs significantly reduce training time and simplify task completion through natural language commands

2025: A year in Haust
Started the year building. Ended its shipping!

1Q & 2Q 2025: Foundation
We launched our NFT collections. Community started forming around something that didn't exist yet, just the promise of making crypto less painful.
Testnet went live in phases. Each phase stress-tested a different part of the infrastructure
Wallets. Transactions. Multi-chain support. Every bug found was one less problem for the mainnet
Late 3Q 2025: Mainnet
Mainnet launched. No fanfare. Just infrastructure that worked
EVM compatibility. Multi-wallet support. The foundation for what came next
4Q 2025: @Haia_os
Haia launched as the assistant layer on top of Haust's infrastructure
Firebase for authentication. Thirdweb and Wagmi for wallet connection. Zerion for portfolio data. Moralis for blockchain queries. Superform for cross-chain DeFi
Not building everything from scratch. Integrating what works. Adding the layer that explains it to users
What changed?
Users could connect multiple wallets without configuration. Check balances across chains without switching networks
Execute DeFi positions without reading documentation
Not because the UI was simpler. Because there was an assistant explaining what was happening
What didn't change?
Crypto is still complicated. Gas fees still confuse people. Networks still require switching
But now there's a layer that handles the confusion before it becomes a support ticket
What's Next??
More integrations. More partners. More blockchains beyond EVM
The goal hasn't changed: make crypto usable for people who thought it was too complicated
