COA ORDERS RETURN OF ₱375M OVP CONFIDENTIAL FUNDS The Commission on Audit has disallowed ₱375 million in confidential funds of the Office of Vice President Sara Duterte, citing serious breaches of spending rules. The funds, released in three ₱125M cash advances in 2023, are now ordered returned by VP Duterte and accountable officials.
