Collab with @LittleEarthBeer today. Suffolk organic barley. Scottish cascade hops from @JamesHuttonInst. Fermented with Suffolk cider lees and our house mixed culture. Gonna be wild!

Brewing at @HangingBatBrew @TheHangingBat today. We’re making a Wee Heavy with a twist. Our own special malt and Scottish Cascade hops. It’ll be fermented with our cider lees along with the house culture here.

Brewing a mixed fermentation sour ale with raw heather honey from our friends @scottishbeeco and Scottish pioneer hops from @JamesHuttonInst. Norwegian kveik from Hornindal, wild yeast from heather honey and more mixed cultures.

@beercalum123 Sour NEIPA. I guess West Coast would have been more fitting. But who wants IBU's in a sour.

Brewing today with kveik yeast from Hornindal, Norway. It's super tropical and caramel. Bottle goes to the person who guesses what this is going into.

@Ben_Hislop Screw it you were close enough before. There will be a bottle of Sour NEIPA for you at some point.

@Ben_Hislop I would have to be splitting hairs to not accept NEIPA if I was brewing a NEDIPA. Apparently this is hype juice.
