@EmptyUK Hello Matt, If you are at a lot during a timeframe where there is an event in effect, you will be charged the event rate accordingly. This would be the same as the meters, even if you are not attending the event. The app does notify that prices may be higher at this time. ^YB

@mscaletta Yes the customer would have to select the amount of time and the app will quote you based on the time selected so it's not a glitch but will estimate accordingly! If there is an event/flat rate and you are within that time frame and need to extend it will say free w/in that time.

@hangtagapp Hello. Impark looked into it. Said it’s a glitch on the app where even though it’s an event fee ( Hickey game). B/c I left it for 1 hour on the timer the guy gave me a ticket. So I have to scroll up the time even though it’s a “ special event “ and I’m paying for that event.

So for my efforts tonite cheering on the #NhlJets. I get a 50$ ticket from Impark b/c I used my @hangtagapp and forgot to switch the plates on the app from my wife’s car back to mine. Think the fine folks at impark will be in the holiday spirit ???
