@staryearns and big agree with the other person who said never study at home i was the worst for that and it was a real obstacle for me

@staryearns also go yap with your prof in office hours and take notes on what you talk about 👍🏻👍🏻 oh and set timers for yourself when studying (kinda like pomodoro method but you can vary it)
