Wow. What a succinct indictment of capitalism - we live in a society advanced enough to create saws that don't maim people, but we shouldn't make them because blades are expensive.

This thing slices through stainless steel stencils like butter. It’s the best scissor I own. Engineer tools are truly a step above the rest. It was cheaper than my only-used-for-tiny-things Fisker too!

I GOT IT WORKING! I wanted to reach out individually but didn’t have the chance. However, this won’t be the last time I’m working with LEDs. Turns out, the WS2815 strip I got from Amazon had a 4th wire, blue, marked “data backup”. Turns out it wants to be grounded. I don’t know why, but it’s working! 12vdc from a power supply. Pin GP28 for Neopoxels, blue wire in pin 40, which is GND.

@is0explore Exactly! Much prefer that to accidentally ploughing through the workpiece with a 30mm rasp!

@hannahmakes It scares me when I see mission critical hardware running Windows I must admit. I guess this is the preferred crash type :D
