5: 38 AM TEMPS Quite the warm up this morning with temperatures up to 23 degrees warmer than yesterday! Cheraw is the warm spot at 59, and Conway is the coolest at 46.

Quite the difference expected this afternoon. Yesterday, Florence tied their high temperature record of 88 degrees and now it will be about 10 degrees below average!

Yesterday was the first 90 degree day in Florence which was WAY ahead of schedule. Typically, the first 90 degree day is in early May in Florence and Lumberton and late May along the coast.

RECORD TIED! Lumberton hit 87 degrees yesterday which tied the record for March 22.

NEW RECORD! Florence surpassed 90 degrees yesterday and set a new daily record for March 22. Today's record high is also in jeopardy. Historically, Florence first hits 90 degrees in early May, but this is the earliest 90-degree day since 1976!
