@greateranglia @hollyhoo What about the 4.30 train from Liv St? Not moved in nearly 90 minutes, no air, no water offered, no updates. Barbaric!

@greateranglia I am on the 16.32 to Colchester trying to get off at Chelmsford. I have a four month old baby and there is no air con. Obviously not your fault but waiting to be evacuated to another train how long will it be?
