oh minghao, please take care of yourself 😭❤️‍🩹 🎱 my health has deteriorated over the 10 years of my career. i do martial arts as a child and even breakdanced. i've overused my physical ability for over 20 years now. i've been taking arthritis medicine but it’s not getting any better. my life is just a cycle of rehabilitation, self-care, and working out. after that, i practice while feeling fine, and the pain comes back after a show. i'm the type who loses weight when i get tired and exhausted on tour so i keep telling myself i need to eat well. i used to think i had to push through the pain. but now, if i do, i worry i won't last long. my biggest concern is not being able to do this for a long time. i think i'm just going with the flow in this tiny group called seventeen. i dreamed of many milestones, all my dreams may have come true but i'll remain as a dreamer. i am someone who refuses to stay still. i think i'll continue giving it my all.
