it also seems obvious to me her aha design theme is anime protagonist hence the dash, the sword angle, the text, etc. she’s just a quirky anime swordswoman and maybe u will get the demon parade sakura expy in the future

I get the frustration that she isn’t the demon parade but that’s why leaks are leaks and tbc. shit happens and the animators had to scrap what was probably something they worked incredibly hard on and loved because of politics beyond them. her current design theme is cute
