@Ciirulean I'm fine with sbmm when you have other options but it seems like modern mp games are solely focusing on one style of matchmaking which limits how many types of people can enjoy these games. Like you can't have chill lobbies anymore like in old Valve games

I only see people talk about how sbmm is bad because of the matchmaking itself, but imo the main problem is that it shifts the motivation to git good at a game from being totally intrinsic to satisfying a Literal Value that is assigned to you

@antti_koponen @lampysprites It's a material I made in blender. I apply the shine texture in UV space like a normal texture, then I offset it by the view angle
