4 years ago today I got on a plane, running from a bad situation with no idea what I would do for the future. Last night my amazing village showed TF up to shout down nymbyism and got an affordable housing development approved. Felt real full circle.

Accidentally started a grass roots housing campaign two weeks ago instead of fighting dickheads on Facebook . 🤷🏻‍♀️ Kinda spiralled outta control real fast.

Regardless, life is still wonderfully chaotic and stressful and busy and so so full of art and community. If you weren’t singing in a park with 500 of your pals dressed in wild costumes this weeknd, you’re really missing out

@SueAnnLevy Not the hill I will die on. She's out there cutting police funding, raising property taxes, shutting down car lanes and lowering speed limits, and imposing all manner of housing controls to turn Toronto into a slum. People will see this and dismiss the real criticisms of her.
