@declancarty It’s done by the players club. One of the coaches will take it and follow a process set down by the panel. It’s videoed and sent back afaik.

Very sad news. Austin was one of the original Rugby Development Officers for @WelshRugbyUnion @WRU_Community . A fantastic work colleague and a person who had massive impact on rugby and people in North Wales. Sending condolences to family and friends - 💔
