i just really like that kind of thing about her in general. she's able to put on such a brave face and come off so level headed that her all consuming desire to protect humanity is, at most, a little eccentric quirk she has, and not something deeply intertwined w her trauma

I think a lot of people fail to understand that Greek gods were part of a living religion spanning thousands of years. People who worshipped them genuinely believed in them. Especially with mythical heroes. Odysseus would believe in the gods because his wife is daughter to one.

@inniedosie i kinda think if youre a teenager then cheating, while still bad, is something you can grow up from so i guess i get it..? but again, that doesnt need to be added just for the sake of it, & i do think its good to be careful with the framing of it esp if the audience skews younger

@inniedosie that is awful but i also think that's like particularly egregious though. cheating is obviously bad but i do think its "normal" and especially teenagers dont tend to care as much.. but also, that's not what the show is about so who cares, not everything has to be 100% "realistic"
