I just learned about Trump offering federal workers a buyout.
I walked off the job as a federal firefighter last February 11 months ago without a retirement (even after 23 fulltime years on the job as I had 15 months left to qualify) because the people that ran it. I tried to start a national fire training center for military firefighters because the training they receive is not good enough. All I found was constant problems from above and was told I would never be able to promote. I have no retirement or medical benefits. It's funny now seeing this if I could have just held out a bit longer but I just couldn't, my wife thought I was going to have a heart attack and we were still dealing with something she was going through medically. I was denied a second unpaid leave of absence to be with her so I ultimately left the fire service. I could not stop crying that day. I felt my identity ripped away. I really miss it.

Some thoughts on maximalism… let me say this as clearly as I can – the crypto industry has a real shot, here and now, to achieve the many goals we have in common, IF we work together instead of tearing each other down. This is not, and never will be, a zero-sum game.
• I own XRP, BTC, and ETH among a handful of others – we live in a multichain world, and I’ve advocated for a level-playing field, instead of one token versus another.
• If a govt digital asset reserve is created - I believe it should be representative of the industry, not just one token (whether it be BTC, XRP or anything else).
• Maximalism remains the enemy of crypto progress, and I’m very glad to see fewer and fewer folks ascribe to this outdated and misinformed thinking.

@bgarlinghouse Your absolutely right, we will be huge in all crypto if we all work together, certain maxis "and we all saw his rant" he doesn't make an argument saying btc should be the only one for reserve because its owned by the people, It wont be after gov, and institutions buy it up!
